Navy Sloth Paintings – Leap of Faith

This my friends is Leap of Faith, an abstract oil cloud painting with attitude! Like all my other cloud paintings,  colours dance around the canvas, leaving delicate imprints of bold shades, teasing the imagination. Cloud paintings aren’t actually paintings of clouds, they simply create shape and form, allowing the viewer to bond with them.

Leap of Faith was created during the COVID lockdown, which often feels like a waiting game full of uncertainty and loneliness. Change is all around, yet invisible within the confines of our small bubbles. Change never-the-less can be felt, and change can be created, all you need is action and courage. Courage to go forward into the unknown and take a chance when the  opportunity allows.

Created using rich shades of jade green, blue, and neutral tones with purple and violet boldly mingling across the triptych. Leap of Faith would look great in any room of the house, or even on a hotel wall. It would make a wonderful gift or become a statement piece in your home.
