Delivery Information

All paintings are carefully wrapped in several layers of bubble wrap, cardboard, and waterproof packaging ready for delivery. I use several different couriers depending on size, location and weight. As soon as I receive payment I select a courier best suited for the painting, and prepare the painting for collection. You should receive your purchase within 5 working days after I receive payment. You will need to sign for the painting.

Returns Information

Hopefully you will love your purchase from the Navy Sloth, but should you wish to return the piece you have 14 days to return it in its original condition and packaging. It will be your responsibility to ensure it is packaged to protect the work. Once I receive the art back and am happy with the condition I will issue a full refund via Paypal. No refunds will be given after the 14 day period. Please contact me prior to returning the painting and provide a tracking number. Many thanks
