Navy Sloth Paintings – Checkmate Fool
This was an experimental piece where I limited myself to four colours and changed the direction of the paint for each individual canvas to allow the image to flow from canvas to canvas in an almost circular movement but on a square background. I purposely chose pastel shades to create a calming effect and the end results remind me of works by both Monet and Gerhard Richter.
